Moderation policy

Obvious spam, hate, threats, doxxing and illegal content can always be reported free of charge.

A producer may request a paid, $10 human appeal for a review they believe is false, inauthentic, conflicted or materially misleading. The fee pays for evidence review — it does not purchase deletion or a better score. An upheld appeal is refunded.

Moderators cannot alter star ratings. They may retain, remove, redact prohibited personal information, or request clarification, with a recorded rationale.
